Books as Tools to Heal
I am an avid reader and have found that over the past ten years of my healing, books have brought me a wealth of information and insight.
Many survivors still have difficulty standing in front of the self-help section at a bookstore. For those of you who prefer to purchase books online, we would like to offer you the chance to take care of your own needs and also help to support our work at the same time.
I have personally used many booksellers. Amazon and Barnes & Noble are two of the most well known. Both offer reliable service and a vast selection.
Below is a list of books that have been recommended to me from AMAC friends, therapists and many I have read myself.
Ordering is easy, just follow the onscreen instructions. If a book you require is not on the recommended books you can always browse the whole of the Amazon Books catalogue using the search engine and links to Amazon.com
If there are other titles that you do not see listed, but would like to recommend please email me and i will add them. Happy Reading!
